Our initial enquiry and follow up experience with Newcastle Roofing was positive and helpful. The job was completed in a timely manner, and the tradesmen were professional and knowledgeable. Communication of delivery of materials and install was prompt and clear. Their price was competitive, however, it was the prompt response to our initial request for a quote, the constant communication, and the friendly and helpful attitude that made us choose Newcastle Roofing. Our visit for the initial quote was professional and informative. Our roof has been tested with rain days after install was completed, and we are very happy with the result! The tradesmen cleaned up, called when they had questions and made all attempts to make it a pain free experience. We appreciate the time and effort from all parties involved.

From my first contact with Newcastle Roofing, they listened to my problem, as this was not a usual situation. After they advised the manager who said he would take on this job. The inspector who came out to my home and did an appraisal of the problems advised me of what was required. From then on I was kept in the loop regarding the costs and time frame,. The trades people were polite and helpful in doing what was required. After completion they cleaned up everything. Great finish overall. The tradies were great ambassadors for Newcastle Roofing.
